Return Eligibility
- Damaged in transit
If a vial arrives broken, leaking, or with a compromised seal, email a photo of the package and the affected vials. We’ll ship a replacement on our courier account at no charge.
Window – 7 days from delivery
- Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product or quantity, contact us and we’ll send the correct item with a pre-paid return label for the original.

- Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before a shipping label is created. Once a label has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled and our damaged or incorrect item policies will apply.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm est M-F will be shipped same business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped next business day. Occasionally we will ship out orders Saturdays if time permits.
